Saiba que nem todo Óleo de Coco é igual. 

Vivemos uma época de quebra de paradigmas, facilitada pelo acesso rápido à informação proporcionada pela internet, o que pode levar a confusões, quando não nos dispomos a estar  atualizados. Outra grande dificuldade é em que acreditar, pois há informações novas e antigas, antagônicas, que coexistem. Se tomarmos em nossas mãos artigos médicos recentes e livros atuais veremos a abundância de estudos científicos validando os  benefícios da gordura saturada boa, e no caso em questão, o Óleo de Coco.

Não é a primeira vez, nem será a última que aparecem artigos na área médica com resultados considerados adversos, mas que precisam ser bem esclarecidos quanto à correta metodologia de avaliação.

Além disso, em todos os estudos que avaliei sobre essas adversidades do Óleo de Coco, refere-se a uso de produto refinado, que sofrem processo de hidrogenação feita pelo homem, o que descaracteriza o óleo e compromete o resultado, gerando uma gordura saturada ruim, sabidamente desfavorável para a saúde.

Porém com certeza, o uso de Óleo de Coco extra virgem não tem correlação alguma com esse estudo.

Por isso, tenha em mente: nem todo Óleo de Coco é igual!
